We invite you to participate in our Outdoorsman Marketplace show. The show will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 7am – 3pm. We expect a busy show and the date selected will ensure we get maximum participation from locals and visitors who may be in town for the holiday weekend.
Options for sponsorship and/or space reservation are described in the application below. All participants are requested to donate a raffle item with a minimum $20 value. We hope you will consider participating this year and supporting the Millville Volunteer Fire Company. If participation isn’t possible consider a sponsorship. All proceeds will benefit our Capital Campaign which allows us to continue to service the community. Millville Volunteer Fire Company is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and your fee and any additional contributions are fully deductible to the extent of the law. The form fillable application is available to download below. Please review and send back to the MVFC no later than December 20, 2024, to reserve your spot.
In order to begin working on the layout for the vendors inside the fire hall, we are encouraging everyone to send in their application and agreement along with a check as soon as possible and prior to December 20 or December 15 for sponsorship opportunities. It would be extremely helpful to have everything in by the end of November in order for us to work on the space allocations.
