The Millville VFC is hosting its 2nd "Down & Dirty" Fire Academy on Saturday December 16th, 2023 from 0800-1600 hours at Millville Fire Station 1 located at 35554 Atlantic Avenue in Millville, Delaware.

On Saturday December 2nd, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary will hold their 2nd Annual Christmas Craft Fair from 9am-2pm at Millville Fire Station 1 located at 35554 Atlantic Avenue in Millville, Delaware.

On Saturday afternoon November 25th, 2023 Santa Claus arrived by Millville Volunteer Fire Company fire engine at John West Park in Ocean View.

On Saturday November 25th, 2023 at 1538 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid street alarm assignment (Bethany Beach VFC) were alert for an odor of gas outside in the 29000 block of Sawmill Drive in the Bay Colony development.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to remind our residents and visitors to the Millville fire district to cook with caution this Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

On Wednesday November 22nd, 2023 at 1150 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Mutual Aid Box Alarm Assignment and the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to the 38000 block of Piney Point Road in Cedar Neck for a reported house fire.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary is selling their famous Chicken Salad. Orders will be taken in person at Millville Fire Station 1 located at 35554 Atlantic Avenue in Millville, Delaware on Saturday December 2nd from 9am-3pm and on Sunday December 3rd from 10am-Noon.

On Monday November 20th, 2023 at 1333 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, Sussex County EMS and the Delaware State Police Aviation Section were alerted for a motor vehicle collision on Old Mill Road in the area of Railway Road north of Millville.

On Monday evening November 20th, 2023 at 1931 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, along with the Sussex County Paramedics, were alerted to a motor vehicle collision involving a deer in the 32000 block of Vines Creek Road.

On November 18th, 2023 the Salted Rim Restaurant hosted a Pig Roast to benefit the Millville Volunteer Fire Company Community Hero’s Capital Campaign.

On Thursday November 16th, 2023 at 1123 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with Sussex County EMS were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle collision on Atlantic Avenue in the area of Windmill Road in Millville.

On Tuesday November 14th, 2023 at 1528 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to a reported commercial vehicle fire in the area of Endless Summer Drive & Summerwind Boulevard in the Millville by the Sea development.
