On Monday October 7th, 2024 members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company visited the Rise and Shine Learning Center on Beaver Dam Road south of Millville to conduct fire prevention activities.

On Sunday September 6th, 2024 at 0812 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment were dispatched to the 80 block of Fairway Drive in the Fairway Village development in Ocean View for a reported house fire with subjects possibly trapped.

The Millville Volunteer would like to remind the residents of the Millville Fire District and surrounding communities that this week is Fire Prevention Week™ from October 6-12, 2024.

On Saturday September 5th, 2024 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company hosted a training class presented by the Delaware Valley Tesla Owners Club.

On Saturday September 5th, 2024 at 1115 hours, as units were returning from an earlier call, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a smoke investigation in the 32000 block of Jones Road west of Clarksville.

On Thursday October 3rd, 2024 at 1007 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to a motor vehicle collision on Atlantic Avenue in Ocean View.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to congratulate Firefighter Steve Hess for being promoted from Probationary Firefighter to Active Firefighter.
