On Wednesday night January 10th, 2024 members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company JUNIOR FIRE COMPANY attended training on “Rescue 84”. The training was led by Lieutenant Max Stong and Past A/C Craig Temple.

On Saturday January 6th, 2024 from 7am-3pm, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company will host our annual Outdoorsman Marketplace at Fire Station #1 located at 35554 Atlantic Avenue in Millvillle, Delaware.

On Wednesday evening January 3, 2024 at 1950 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment, were dispatched to assist the Bethany Beach VFC with a reported house fire in the 700 block of Radial Drive in the Town of Bethany Beach.

Roy E. Rickards, age 76, of Frankford, DE passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Early Wednesday morning at 0441 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment was dispatched to assist the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company on a house fire in the 600 block of Tingle Avenue in Bethany Beach.

On Tuesday evening December 12th, 2023 representatives from Chesapeake Utilities traveled to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company to present a training session on gas emergencies.
