On Thursday, 13 June 2024, at 1534 hours, Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to the unit block Atlantic Avenue for a multi-vehicle collision. Fire Chief Walter Johnson was the first fire officer to reach the accident site. Chief Johnson quickly sized up the crash scene and instantaneously requested an additional ambulance and Fire-Police. 

MVFC Company answered this alarm with all available ambulances, Rescue 84, and a cadre of Fire-Police.

As to injury(s), at the time of this account, no corroboration can be established as to the total number of injured or the destinations of the patients.

Fire Chief Walter Johnson was the incident commander of this crash incident.
