In the early morning hours of September 29th, 2023 at 0020 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Mutual Aid Box Alarm Assignment and the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to the 32000 block of Hickory Manor Road in Clarksville for a reported house on fire.

On Friday September 29th, 2023 at 1205 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment were dispatched to assist the Bethany Beach VFC with a reported house fire in the 30 block of Inlet View Court north of Bethany Beach.

On Sunday September 24th, 2023 at 1607 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Sussex County Paramedic and the Delaware State Police Aviation division were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle collision involving a bicycle at the intersection of Central Avenue and Substation Road south of Ocean View.

On Sunday September 24th, 2023 at 2202 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a reported odor of smoke inside a residence in the 36000 block of Ridgeshore Lane in Millville.

On Saturday September 23rd, 2023 at 0737 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to an electrical hazard, a tree reported into electric wires on Holts Landing Road in the area of Frog Farm Lane north of Clarksville.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to remind residents and visitors of the potential for severe weather this coming weekend.

On Monday September 18, 2023, under the direction of Chief Engineer Jack Melson, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company began its annual Driver/Operator Re-Certification process.

On Saturday September 16th, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company participated in the First Annual Heroes & First Responders Day at Evans Park in Millville.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company will be holding our third FREE concert on Friday September 15th, 2023 at Evans Park, located at 32517 Dukes Drive in Town of Millville, Delaware millville.delaware.gov from 6pm until 9pm.

On Friday evening September 15th, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company hosted its final concert of the 2023 Summer Concert Series.
