Chili Cook-Off a Huge Success - Thank You!

On Saturday January 28, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company held its 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off. This year’s event was very well attended with 500 tickets sold.

On Friday afternoon and evening of January 27th, 2023 members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company were on location at the Millville Boardwalk on Atlantic Avenue in Millville for the “Frozen Boardwalk” event.
Progress on New Tanker 84 Continues

The progress of new Tanker 84 continues. Over the several days the apparatus committee took a trip to 4-Guys Fire Apparatus in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania to meet with design engineers and participate in a pre-build engineering conference.
Shed Fire on Lavender Lane

On January 15th, 2023 at 1408 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box assignment were dispatched to a reported shed fire in the 32000 block of Lavender Lane west of Clarksville.
MVC with Entrapment on Roxana Road

At 1444 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with Roxana VFC and the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to a MVC with entrapment on Roxana Road in the area of Sweetgum Lane.
70th Annual Banquet and Awards Night

Update on the New Tanker 84

Here are some pictures of our new Peterbilt chassis that has been delivered to 4-Guys in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania. Construction of the body and assembly are scheduled for the next several months.
