On June 7th, 2022 at the regular meeting of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company the company approved the apparatus committee's recommendation to replace our current 2003 American LaFrance Engine-Tanker.

The officers and members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to acknowledge and remember the supreme sacrifice of all that gave their lives in defense of this great country.

We are so excited to announce our 2022 Summer Concerts in Evans Park Series. We will be hosting three concerts during the summer months. The concerts will take place the third Friday of the month from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the Town of Millville’s new Evans Park located on Duke’s Drive.

OUR Training topic for May is going to be Mayday & Rapid Intervention. On May 17th, 2022 at 1900 hours we will have Mike Wood from the Baltimore City Fire Department as our guest instructor.

On Tuesday May 17th, 2022 at 1900 hours our members attended MAYDAY and RIT training at Fire Station 1.

The members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to extend a huge THANK YOU! to the citizens of the Estuary Community.

Next week is EMS Week and the theme this year is "EMS: Rising to the Challenge."

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to recognize all of our law enforcement partners this week during National Police Week.

On Saturday May 14th, 2022 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, Sussex County Paramedics and Delaware State Police Aviation unit were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Vines Creek Road in the area of Blackwater Village.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company fully endorses the use of the Knox-Box rapid entry system.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to congratulate Sussex County Paramedic Maria Berdan for winning the 2022 Josh M. Freeman Valor Award.

On May 4th, 2022 Assistant Chief Paul Sterling conducted a training session with some of our career staff reviewing the use of the Incident Command System.
