On Friday evening November 3rd, 2023 at 2149 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with Sussex County EMS were dispatched to the 34000 block of Omar Road for a reported motor vehicle collision involving a golf cart.

Early Wednesday Morning November 1st, 2023 at 0508 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle collision on Double Bridges Road in the area of Wild Wood Avenue south of Ocean View.

On Monday October 30th, 2023 at 1226 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Southeast Water Rescue Task Force was dispatched to a water rescue in the area of the Holts Landing State Park north of Millville.

On Saturday October 28th, 2023 members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, including nearly a dozen volunteer, career and fire police staff, attended the Cops & Goblins event at John West Park in Ocean View.

On Wednesday October 25th, 2023 at 1405 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with Sussex County Paramedics and the Delaware State Police Aviation Division were dispatched to Atlantic Avenue in the area of Charlie K’s BBQ in Ocean View for a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle reported overturned.

On Wednesday October 25th. 2023 Chairman Dave Carr, Chief Engineer Jack Melson and Assistant Chief Mike Melson traveled to 4Guys in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania to meet factory personnel and conduct the mid-point inspection of NEW Tanker 84.

On Wednesday October 25th, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company awarded trophies and two bicycles to student winners of the fire prevention posters and essays at Lord Baltimore Elementary School in Ocean View.
