On Tuesday August 6th, 2024 at 1230 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to a traumatic injury at the pool on Summerwind Boulevard in the Millville by the Sea development.

On Monday August 5th, 2024, ESI Equipment Inc. was at Station 84 to complete our annual maintenance service on our Holmatro Rescue Tools. Technicians checked and serviced each and every tool to ensure our rescue tools are ready for our next rescue.

On Sunday August 4, 2024 at 1624 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Sussex County Paramedics were alerted for a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Clubhouse Road & Pine Street north of Millville.

On Thursday July 25, 2024 at 2114 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to assist the Roxana VFC with an MVC with entrapment in the 35000 block of Bayard Road.

On Tuesday July 23rd, 2024 at 1735 hours, Box 84-70 was struck for a reported garage fire bringing the Millville Volunteer Fire Company and the mutual aid box alarm assignment to the 30000 block of Crowley Drive in the Bethany Bay Development north of Millville.

The Millville Volunteer Fire Company would like to recognize the MVFC Auxiliary for their generous donation of $12,000.00 to benefit the operations of the MVFC. The donation included a variety of DeWalt battery operated tools, a “Seek Attack Pro” thermal imaging camera, and funds to complete the lettering and lighting project on our new Polaris ATV.

On Monday July 8th, 2024 members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company apparatus committee flew to E-One in Buffalo, NY to conduct the final inspection on our New Engine-Tanker 84-4.

On Sunday July 7th, 2024 at 1451 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment was dispatched to the Hair Cuttery located in the Millville Town Center Shopping Center in Millville for a report of smoke in the building.

On Sunday July 7th, 2024 at 1612 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a reported brush fire in the 39000 block of Bayfront Drive in the Quillen’s Point Development. Upon the arrival of the first unit smoke was showing from the residence.

On Saturday July 6th, 2024 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company participated in the Bay Colony Independence day parade.
