On Saturday February 4^th, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company provided the Seaford VFD a stand-by crew while their members enjoyed a night off to attend their annual banquet.  Engine 84-2 with a crew of 5 under the command of Assistant Chief Ty Webb made the response.  Prior to arriving at Seaford, Engine 84-2 was added to a technical rescue in the Blades local.  During the stand-by the engine would again respond to several other calls for service including a fire in a laundromat.
