On Monday morning at 0751hrs the MVFC was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident at Central Ave and Atlantic Ave in Ocean View. Due to Rescue 84 being out of service, Station 70 was alerted for the Rescue Assist. 84-18 (3rd Asst. Chief Johnson) arrived on scene within minutes and reported that there were three vehicles involved with minor injuries. Upon Engine 84-4's arrival, their crew assisted with hazard control and patient care. Rescue 70's crew assisted in road clean up and were placed available. The scene was turned over to OVPD for the accident investigation. One patient was transported for evaluation of minor injuries.
