On Friday October 17 at 9:22a.m., the Millville Volunteer Fire Company and Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at Atlantic Avenue and Windmill Drive. Within a minute of the dispatch, emergency units were responding to the alarm. The ambulance crew and firefighters arrived to a two-vehicle head-on collision accident in the area where the installation of central sewer pipe is taking place. Both operators of the vehicles received initial treatment at the scene by ambulance personnel and were then transported to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Assistant Chief R.J.
