In the month of November the Millville Volunteer Fire Company conducted its annual air pack recertification at the Delaware State Fire School located in Georgetown. In December the Millville and Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company units trained on truck company operations at the old Total Workout Fitness building located at #69 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean View. Members trained for several weeks on roof operations and vertical ventilation. The donation of the building for training was greatly appreciated. Special thanks go out to Mr. Don Hadley of WSFS and Mr. Mike Krim of Miken Builders for coordinating demolition of the building for our training purposes.
