New Station 2 Officially Reopens to Emergency Response Calls - 34237 Omar Road

On Thursday, May 20, 2010, members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company reported to the newly constructed Station 2 located at 34237 Omar Road for a cleanup to make the station operational. The new station replaced the temporary building the Millville Volunteer Fire Company had been operating from since June 21, 2006. At 19:00 hours Millville Volunteer Fire Company Chief Richie Walls announced over the Millville Volunteer Fire Company base radio the Millville Volunteer Fire Company Station 2 was officially back in service for emergency response calls! Engine 84-1 and Tanker 84 are currently housed in Station 2. “DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS PROUDLY SERVING OUR COMMUNITY”
