Millville Volunteer Fire Company Chief Bobby Magee is proud to announce Past Chief Roger Hitchens, Past Chief Eddie Hammond, Past President Greg Tietmeyer and member Elaine Downing were officially inducted into the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association "HALL OF FAME" at the Opening Ceremony of the 19th Annual Conference of the Delaware Volunteer Fighter's Association on September 12, 2014. These members were recognized for their heroic actions on February 14, 2012 at approximately 6:15 a.m. for saving the life of an elderly female resident who was trapped in a house fire.
