Part Time Administrative Assistant
The Millville Volunteer Fire Company., Inc. is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to post financial transactions and process accounts payable invoices for payment. This person will assist with record keeping and other administrative functions. This is a part-time 24-hour per week position. Qualified candidates should have practical business experience, knowledge of bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and generally accepted accounting principles along with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
