On April 7, 2015, committee members of the "Bay Forest Community Chili Cook-Off Competition" attended the Millville Volunteer Fire Company monthly meeting and made a presentation with the results of their 3rd annual Chili Cook-Off Competition fundraiser that was held on March 7, 2015.  The committee members in attendance were Jack Beall, Laurence Szejner, Barb Gooding, and John Corrao.  The group presented a $6,500 check to Michele Steffens, Financial Secretary of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company.  A standing ovation was given to the Bay Forest representatives for their generous donation, as well as a hearty thank you from Millville Volunteer Fire Company President Clarke Droney.  Over the past three years, the Bay Forest Homeowners have raised approximately $14,300 for the Millville Volunteer Fire Company with their "Chili Cook-Off Competition."  The Bay Forest Community conducts this annual fundraising event as a token of their appreciation for the service the members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company provides to the residents in its fire district.  Once again, President Clarke Droney and all of the members of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company give a hearty "Thank You!" to everyone in the Bay Forest Community for their ongoing support!
