Assist Station 70 With Multiple Vehicle Accident

On Thursday, June 18, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched at 1126 hours to assist the Bethany Beach Fire Company with a multiple vehicle accident in the vicinity of Coastal Highway & Fred Hudson Road. Millville responded with ambulance A-84, Engine 84-1, Command 84, & the Traffic Control piece. The responders assisted with patient care and extrication as needed. Ambulance A-84 transported one patient to the Beebe Medical Center in Lewes with non-life-threatening injuries. The situation was declared under control at 1126 hours.
