On Tuesday, 8 August 2017, your Millville Volunteer Fire Company presented to the Millville Mayor & City Council the new MVFC Command Vehicle. The new piece of fire apparatus holds the designation of 84-8. The Mayor and City Council procurred the funds to purchase this life-saving piece of equipment.
EMS Chief John Watson, Deputy Fire Chief Paul Sterling, and Vice President Norman Amendt represented the fire company. Councilman Steve Maneri, who is also a member of MVFC was present, though acting in the capacity of councilman.
