On November 7, 2017 Lifetime Member Wilmer Powell answered his final alarm at his home.  He was born April 27, 1927 to the late Granville Powell and Viola Rogers Powell.  Wilmer worked for the State of Delaware as a Budget Analyst for 35 years.  After his retirement, he worked as an Income Tax Preparer.  He is preceded in death by his wife Doris Powell who passed away in 2016.  Wilmer joined the fire service in the late 1950s and served as Treasurer for Millville Volunteer Fire Co.  Our thoughts and prayers remain with his family and friends.
