On Sunday, 31 December 2017, at 1701 hours, your Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to respond and assist Bethany Beach VFC with an odor of gas in a dwelling in the 200 block of Anchorage Drive in South Bethany Beach.   

As of this reporting, no injuries were reported and vehicles returned to service. 

Fire-Police from both fire companies handled the traffic detours around this event.
