On Monday morning, 22 January 2018, at 1151 hours, your Millville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted by Sussex County E.O.C. to respond to the 37000 block of Alabama Drive in the Plantation Park subdivision for a brush fire.  

MVFC responded with a 2 pumpers, 2 ambulances, 1 brush truck and the Command Vehicle, which was manned by Chief Engineer, Dave Carr.  Fire-Police also alerted for traffic control.
