Lifemember Albert (Al) Holliday answered his final alarm on May 20, 2019.  Al retired to Delaware in 1990 and after leaving Station 84 Blackwood New Jersey, it only seemed fitting that he join Station 84 Millville Delaware.  Al was a lifetime member of both fire stations.  Al was always good for a story about his family and his love of making pickles.  Al's wish was for a full fireman's funeral service and we granted that yesterday.  Our brothers and sisters at Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company and Roxana Volunteer Fire Company provided the Flag detail at the Gates of Heaven Cemetary in Dagsboro.  Thay are always willing to assist and we are most appreciative and thankful!

Deepest sympathy to the Holliday family and friends, May the Lord comfort you in this time of great loss. Al rest easy with your faithful wife Mary forever by your side.  We will take it from here, brother!
