Concealed Fire Hydrant

I was provided with this picture from the Internet. It depicts a fire hydrant that is scarcely noticeable from the roadway. Imagine this at night, raining, etc. It would be difficult for the fire apparatus to completely not see this water supply and merely drive by.

Chief Guy Rickards and line officers are requesting that if you observe something like this, kindheartedly remind the owner of the hazard this places on the community.
