On October 24th, 2021 at 1911 hours the street assignment was dispatched to the 37000 block oh Greenwich Lane for a reported house fire.  Units found a smoke condition inside the residence resulting from an issue with the HVAC unit.  The residence was cleared of smoke and all units cleared the scene within 45 minutes.  Chief Guy Rickards had command of the incident.
