On May 4th, 2022 Assistant Chief Paul Sterling conducted a training session with some of our career staff reviewing the use of the Incident Command System. The use of the incident command system is utilized on every fire and rescue call to ensure the smooth operation and safety of units operating is a sometimes chaotic and hostile environment. Chief Sterling brings years of emergency response experience to the MVFC and we thank him for his service.
