After little thought, I feel it is time to give praise to a group that is paramount to the fire service.

Our Fire-Police are the men and women who weather all the elements to attempt to keep traffic moving at fire events. These folks do not have a choice when it comes to snow, cold, and most importantly, heat for hours at a time.

Next time you get diverted at an accident or fire event, try not to yell any obscenities to these folks, thank them instead, it may be raining down on them!
