On September 16, 2022 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company Capital Campaign Committee had a preliminary meeting for the organization of our first inaugural Car Show in the spring of 2023.  We intend to honor past member Bob Powell and name the car show after him.  We were fortunate to have some car show legends in attendance to help guide the committee including George “Rusty” Rust, Rancel Evans Sr., Bob Herrington, Brice Hickman and Richard Wagner.  The planned date of the event is Sunday May 7^th, 2023 from 1000-1400 hours.  The event is going to be held at Fire Station 2 at 34327 Omar Road in Clarksville, Delaware.  Stay tuned for more details as we work to bring this event to fruition.  Again, THANK YOU for supporting the MVFC!
