On Friday August 4th, 2023 at 0956 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company ambulance and the Sussex County EMS were dispatched to Parker House Road in the area of Plantation Park for a motor vehicle collision with a vehicle reported overturned.  Upon arrival units found a single vehicle accident with a vehicle on its side in a ditch.  The lone occupant was assessed by on-scene medical personal and refused any medical treatment or transportation.  Rescue 84, Traffic Control 84-13, Bethany Beach VFC Ambulance B-70 and the Sussex County Paramedics made the response.  Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  Lieutenant Max Stong had command of the incident.  #millvilledefire
