On Friday morning November 10^th, 2023 at 0927 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with Sussex County EMS and the Delaware State Police Aviation division were alerted for a motor vehicle collision with rollover on Atlantic Avenue in the area of the Good Earth Market.  Units arrived to find a single vehicle on its side that had rolled over with a single patient requiring evaluation by EMS.  During the collision a ground transformer box belonging to Delmarva Power was destroyed.  The single occupant of the vehicle refused transportation to a medical facility.  Rescue 84, Brush 84-0, Traffic Control 84-13, Ambulance D-84 and Medic 105 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 20 minutes.  Lieutenant Ty Webb had command of the incident.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  #millvilledefire  www.millville84.com
