Several weeks ago the Millville VFC reached out to our community asking for additional participants for our Chili Cook-Off that was held yesterday as part of the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce Fire and Ice Festival.  After a phone call from Nick Caggiano Jr. and Kelly Small from Nicola Pizza in Lewes, Delaware, assistance was on the way.  Nick agreed to provide the chili, if we could find volunteers to pick it up and staff the serving table during the event. 

That’s when a group of volunteers from the Silver Woods HOA stepped up to the plate to assist the Millville VFC.  Patricia Scott agreed to pick up the chili on Friday night and deliver it to the MVFC.  Trish was also in attendance early Saturday morning to set up the serving table for the event.  Steve, Darlene, and Danielle Maternick were in attendance all day staffing the serving table.

THANK YOU to Nicola Pizza and the Silver Woods HOA Group for helping the Millville VFC make this event a huge success!  Your help was very much appreciated!
