On Thursday February 8^th, 2024 at 1211 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, along with the Dagsboro VFD were alerted to assist the Frankford VFC with a reported structure fire in the 30000 block of Omar Road just east of Frankford.  Units arrived to find two travel trailers, one pole shed, and one vehicle on fire.  Firefighters brought the fire under control in approximately 30 minutes.  Frankford VFC and Dagsboro VFD units along with Engine 84-6, Engine 84-2, Rescue 84, Tanker 84, and Traffic Control 84-13 made the response.  Deputy Chief Curtis Stevens (Deputy 76) had command of the incident.  Selbyville VFC provided regional coverage during the incident.  The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
