Possible flooding in our fire district

Good Morning
 
Confidence has increased that widespread moderate coastal flooding will occur along portions of coastal Delaware and therefore, a Coastal Flood Warning has been issued.
Hazardous Weather: Moderate coastal flooding.
 
Locations affected: Atlantic coasts of Delaware and Lower and Middle Delaware Bay coasts of Delaware.
 
Timing: High tide cycle tonight into early Saturday is expected to be the peak of coastal flooding and impacts. Minor tidal flooding may occur with the daytime high tide cycle today.
 
Impacts: With moderate tidal flooding, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.
 
Confidence on occurrence: Very high (90 -100%) confidence in the region seeing widespread tidal flooding. High (80%) confidence in widespread moderate flooding.
