On Sunday June 30th, 2024 at 1533 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Town Center Drive in Millville for a motor vehicle crash. Units arrived to find a multi-vehicle accident just east of the intersection. Engine 84-2, Engine 84-6, Rescue 84, Command 84-8, Traffic Control 84-13, Ambulance C-84, Ambulance D-84 and SCEMS Medic 105 made the response. One patient was transported to Beebe’s South Coastal Medical Center for evaluation. Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.
