On Monday August 26^th, 2024 at 1555 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to Atlantic Avenue in the area of the WEIS Market for a motor vehicle collision with injuries.  Units arrived to find a two-vehicle accident requiring one patient to be transported to a local medical facility for evaluation and treatment.  Rescue 84, Command 84-8, Traffic Control 84, Ambulance A-84 and D-84 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 20 minutes.  The scene was turned over to Delaware State Police for investigation.
