On Wednesday September 4^th, 2024 at 1720 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to the 20000 block of Salty Air Drive in the Millville by the Sea development for a reported appliance fire.  Units arrived to find a fire contained to the stove with smoke conditions throughout the residence.  Engine 84-2, Tanker 84 and Ambulance C-84 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.  Fire Chief Walter Johnson had command of the incident.
