On Saturday September 5^th, 2024 at 1054 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Frankford VFC ambulance were dispatched to the intersection of Vines Creek Road and Sandy Landing Road for a motor vehicle collision.  Units arrived to find a two vehicle accident with one patient requiring transportation to a local medical facility.  Rescue 84, Engine 84-6, Engine 84-2, Traffic Control 84-13, Ambulance D-84 and Ambulance A-76 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 20 minutes.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  Captain Douglas Scott had command of the incident.
