Brush Fire - Railway Road - 2/4/25 11:51

MVFC responding to a Brush Fire on Railway Rd. Ocean View on 2/4/25 11:51. Responding to the scene was Engine 84-6, Rescue 84, and our Brush Truck. Crews arrived to find a field on fire with no extension to nearby structures. The fire was quickly extinguished under the command of Captain Hess. A84 (EMS) and fire police were also on scene. Crews operated on scene for approximately 15 min

REMINDER: Now that the snow has cleared and outdoor fires are more appealing, please make sure you're practicing safe burning habits. Have water nearby your fire-pit, or burn barrels.
