Bethany Beach, Millville, Roxana, and Ocean City, Maryland fire companies were dispatched to a reported building fire at the Salt Meadows townhouses on Coastal Highway north of Fenwick Island. These townhouses were under construction and a fire was started on the exterior of the building. The fire was quickly extinguished and overhauled. Engine 84-2's crew assisted with overhaul and was returned within 30 minutes.
