MVC with Rollover - Central Ave. s/o SubStation Rd.

Initial dispatch was for a washdown and upon arrival of 84-8 with 2nd Asst. Chief Huovinen in Command the update was that the patient and/or patients were GOA (Gone on Arrival) and OVPD was involved in a foot pursuit in the heavily wooded area just east of the scene. Engine 4's crew assessed the vehicle and no hazards were found. The scene was turned over to DSP/OVPD and units were placed in service.
