On Tuesday November 30 at 12:27 p.m., the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Avenue and Savannah's Landing. The ambulance crew and firefighters arrived to a single-vehicle accident. A Volkswagen Beetle was traveling on Tyler Drive in Savannah's Landing when the vehicle ran off the right side of the street and struck a tree. The operator of the Volkswagen refused treatment at the scene. Rescue Captain R.J. Kauffman turned the accident scene over to the Ocean View Police Department for investigation.
