At 5:29 p.m. on Monday, August 4, the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a brush fire in the 36000 Block of Camp Barnes Road. The responders arrived to a small brush fire adjacent to the road in a woods. Truck Captain Eric Huovinen directed the attack on the fire. The situation was declared under control at 5:46 p.m. “DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS PROUDLY SERVING OUR COMMUNITY”
