Landing Zone - Millville Volunteer Fire Company Station 1

On Saturday, May 30 at 1:36 p.m., the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched for a landing zone at Station 1 on Atlantic Avenue for a patient at the Millville Medical Center who was experiencing heart problems. Christiana Care medical helicopter Life Net 2 responded for the call. The crew of A84 and a medic from Life Net 2 picked up the patient at Millville Medical Center and transported her back to Station 1. She was then transferred to Life Net 2 and flown to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury for additional care and treatment. “DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS PROUDLY SERVING OUR COMMUNITY”
