Sylvester G. "Chuck" Quillen, Jr., age 56, of Clarksville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.  He was born in Milford, DE son of Sylvester Quillen,Sr., and the late Charlotte (Lynch) Quillen.  Chuck retired from the Indian River School District after 25 years of service.  He was also owner of Quillen's Repair Shop in Clarksville for 37 years, where he spent most of his free time.  Chuck was an active Lifetime member of the Millville Volunteer Fire Company.  He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Gail (Loveland) Quillen; a son, Sylvester G. Quillen, III of Georgetown; daughter Jenna Reynolds of Frankford; three grandchildren, Kylee, Zachary and Steven.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 12:00 noon at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road in Ocean View, where friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  Burial will be at Dagsboro Redmens Memorial Cemetery.  Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations in Chuck's memory may be made to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, P.O.
