It is with our deepest and sincere regrets we inform you that Robert T. Derrickson lifetime member with 40+ years of active service to MVFC answered his last alarm on July 14, 2016. Robert was named Fire Fighter of the Year in February 2012 and receivd the Chief's Award for 2003 and 2004. His many years of service on various committees ad conribtions to the MVFC will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church, 81 Central Avenue in Ocean View. Viewing will begin at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 19th. Interment will be in the Millville Cemetery.
