Sunday, March 28, 2021 the Route 1 corridor First Place Fire Prevention Winner's gathered at the Milton Fire Company to attend the Sussex County awards ceremony. For the first time in 8 years, Lord Baltimore Elementary School had seven (7) local 1st place nominees to advance to the County level. Bethany Beach and Millville Volunteer Fire Companies extend our CONGRATULATIONS to the following Students:
Hazel Decker second place - K
Adalyn Gallager - third place 2nd grade
Emma Sheerer - third place - 3rd grade
Jeremiah McBride - 1st place - Special poster moves on to the State level
Cali Bifano - 1st place - Special essay--moves on to the State level
Mark Capp - 1st place - 4th grade essay--moves on to the State level
Jonah Burkley - 3rd place 5th grade
We are excited for these students! We extend our sincere and utmost thanks to the Teachers, staff and parents for assisting with Fire Prevention during the COVID pandemic.
