On the weekend of April 29^th and 30^th, 2023 the Millville Volunteer Fire Company hosted a class offered by the Delaware State Fire School entitled “Scene Size-Up”.  The class was attended by members of the MVFC Career Staff as well as other agencies from throughout the county and state.  The class provided real life fire scenarios which were a catalyst for discussion about apparatus positioning and the tactics used to bring these situations under control.  The class was taught by DSFS Instructor Dennis Godek.
