On Friday September 29^th, 2023 at 1205 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company along with the mutual aid box alarm assignment were dispatched to assist the Bethany Beach VFC with a reported house fire in the 30 block of Inlet View Court north of Bethany Beach.  Units arrived to find a generator on the side of the home that had caused a small fire.  The assignment was reduced to Bethany Beach VFC and Millville VFC units.  Frankford VFC Engine 76-2 continued toward the affected area for regional fire station coverage.  Engine 84-2 and Ambulance B-84 made the response.  Assistant Chief Philip Brackin had command of the incident.  Units operated for a short period of time before returning to Millville.  #millvilledefire
