On Tuesday October 3rd, 2023 at 1042 hours the Millville Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Central Avenue south of Town of Ocean View.  Units arrived to find a two vehicle collision with several patients requiring evaluation.  Rescue 84, Engine 84-4, Command 84, Traffic Control 84-13, Ambulance C-84 and Ambulance D-84 made the response.  Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  Assistant Chief Jack Wilson had command of the incident.
